Home Sellers and Buyers
Home inspection remains the best protection against the unknowns. We will identify any current or future problems and provide you with the needed documentation. All reports will provide clear verbiage and imagery to help you understand the condition of your property or home-to-be.
Ethics and conflict-of-interest does not allow us to make repairs for homeowners on properties that we have inspected. We can however make recommendations and suggestions on a course of action for repair or replacement.
Property Managers & Realtors
With one day’s notice, we will visually inspect a rental property for pre-lease deficiencies or problems. Our staff will generate a report clearly denoting problems and concerns. Digital photographs will accompany our report to better illustrate concerns.
Post-lease inspections will be provided in the same fashion. A photo comparison report will clearly and sufficiently illustrate our assessment.
In most cases, our staff can make the needed repairs at a fraction of the cost you will find elsewhere. In instances where we cannot make the repairs, arrangements can be made with licensed and insured companies.
We have many years of being affiliated with these companies and know who is professional, proficient, and expense-minded.
Financial Institution
For all your New Home or second mortgage Construction loans our staff can provide you with timely DRAW INSPECTIONS with detailed status reports e-mailed or phoned in daily. Pictures are available if desired.
Insurance Agencies
We offer WIND MITIGATION INSPECTIONS utilizing My Safe Florida Home certified inspectors or a Certified Building Contractor (CBC) as required by your agency. Pictures are provided at no additioanl cost.
If you need a 4-POINT INSPECTION, we are trained, certified, and will always provide you with a comprehensive report with pictures.
